Information notice on the processing of personal data

Articles 13 and 14 of GDPR (EU) 2016/679

Dear user, for the purposes of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you that the processing of personal data provided by you and acquired by Sharkbait will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned Regulation and in respect of the resulting rights and obligations, and that:

a) Purpose of processing

The data collected will be processed for the purposes described below:

• to fulfill all information requests made by Users in the specific forms;

• to provide the services and/or products presented on the website;

• to carry out activities related and instrumental to the management of relationships with Users and customers;

• to provide assistance, including by telephone, to the User in relation to the services offered on the website.

b) Methods of processing personal data

The processing is carried out through operations performed with the aid of electronic tools and consists of the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure, and destruction of data. The processing is carried out by the data controller and by processors expressly authorized by the data controller;

c) Provision of data and refusal

The provision of common and/or sensitive personal data is necessary for the performance of the activities referred to in point a), and any refusal by the data subject to provide personal data makes it impossible to perform the activities referred to in point a);

d) Communication of data

Personal data may be known exclusively by the persons authorized to process them and may be communicated, for the purposes referred to in point a), to external collaborators and, in general, to all subjects to whom communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes referred to in point a). Personal data are not subject to dissemination;

e) Transfer of data abroad

Personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Union, to third countries outside the European Union, or to an international organization, within the scope of the purposes referred to in point a);

f) Data retention

The data are stored for the period necessary to carry out the activity and in any case for no longer than ten years;

g) Data controller

The data controller is Sharkbait SRL, with registered office at Via Camposampiero 6 - 35018 San Martino di Lupari  (PD)

h) Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right:

• to access, rectify, erase, limit, and object to the processing of data;

• to obtain from the data controller, without hindrance, the data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format in order to transmit them to another data controller;

• to withdraw consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent acquired before its withdrawal;

• to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
