General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions apply to the online sales relationship between Shark srl and the customer. Any derogations or special conditions may be granted subject to prior agreement between the parties. In the event of a change to the general terms and conditions, the version in force at the time the order was placed by the customer shall apply.

Purchases

All purchases must be completed according to the procedure specified on the website. Once the order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation screen will appear. The order is considered finalized upon receipt of a summary email confirming the order, which will include all order details. It is the customer's responsibility to check the correctness of the data and to report any errors or corrections immediately.

Purchases can be made either by registering on our website or as a guest. Registration is recommended if you wish to receive offers or discounts related to your filters of interest, or to benefit from a base discount reserved for you.

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed in the event of issues regarding the product ordered. You will be contacted if your order is canceled, and a refund will be issued according to the agreed methods.

Payments

The order is considered accepted by us and will proceed to the shipping phase once payment confirmation is received through our PayPal system. For payments made via bank transfer, it may take a few days for the banking system to credit the order amount.

Shipping

If the goods are in stock, shipping takes place via courier within 4/5 working days; in the event of delays, you will be notified by email.

The courier will attempt delivery twice, after which the package will go into storage with an extra cost. You will be notified by email or telephone if your shipment is held in storage at the courier's warehouse. Please provide a suitable delivery address and, if necessary, a telephone number for clarifications. It is not possible to specify a delivery time.

If products are not immediately available, you will be contacted to arrange alternatives or deferred deliveries. For large amounts and volumes, you will be contacted to assess different shipping conditions in order to find the most advantageous solution.

IMPORTANT: We do not ship abroad. Delivery in Italy only. Any potential order arriving from abroad placed on the website is to be considered canceled. We will reach out via your contact details to define how to proceed.

Returns

Returns are possible only in the case of non-conforming goods. Before proceeding with a return, you must send an email containing your order reference and photographs identifying the product's non-conformity. Non-conformities must be approved by us before the goods can be returned. Returns are not accepted if the customer ordered the wrong product. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us to verify the filter specifications before placing your order.

The goods must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were delivered.

Return shipping costs shall be borne entirely by the buyer.

Returns must be made within 10 days from the delivery date.

Prices

The terms and prices offered on the website apply exclusively to online purchases. The prices displayed on the website include VAT. Where specified, both the VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive prices are shown for better clarity.

Billing

You will receive a regular invoice at the email address provided. The invoice will be issued by the end of the month in which the order was placed.

Furthermore, in compliance with electronic invoicing regulations, your e-invoice will be processed correctly upon providing your PEC (Certified Email) or Unique Code (Codice Univoco). Failure to complete or partially completing the required billing information will freeze the order until the requested data is provided.
